A sovereign camera platform for council fleets.
Vantis is a 4K HDR camera platform for council vehicles. It starts on waste-collection trucks, checking bins for contamination at the point of collection and recording kerbside and road conditions on every run.
On a collection run
One truck, every street, every week.
Waste trucks already cover the whole council area on a fixed schedule. Vantis turns each run into a record of the service and the streets it passes.

Contamination at the bin
Each lift is recorded as the bin tips, so contamination is found at the point of collection, tied to the address and the service, not discovered later at the facility.

Kerbside and road condition
The truck already drives every street on the schedule. Vantis records the kerbside and road surface along the way: missed bins, dumped rubbish, potholes and damaged assets.

Service verification
A clear visual record that each service happened, so a missed-bin query can be answered from the run itself.

Asset reporting
Road and kerbside observations become location-tagged records that feed the asset and maintenance reporting councils already do.

Engineering
The Facet enclosure.
Facet is the enclosure in development for Vantis. A faceted shell sheds water and grime, a perimeter seal closes it against the rear mounting plate, and the plate bolts straight to a truck body panel.
It is being designed, prototyped and tested in-house, alongside the electronics and software that run inside it.
